Please kindly submit your query via our Contact Us form here, selecting the reason 'MY ORDER: Damaged & Faulty’, alongside a photo of the damage in question. Please also state in the message details as much information as possible about the damage, as well as letting us know whether you would like a replacement or refund.


Our Customer Service team will review this for you and if valid, they will issue a replacement or refund as soon as possible depending on your preference, and confirm this has been actioned via email.
