<!--td {border: 1px solid #cccccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}-->We're pleased to confirm that Counter Clean is pH neutral so is safe to use on most surfaces, including softer surfaces like aluminium, wood, stone, quartz and other sealed surfaces. We also recommend patch testing first on any particularly sensitive or precious surfaces that you might be concerned about. Simply spray onto a cloth and wipe a small patch to see the results. Unless the manufacturer of your surface in question has provided specific guidelines for you to follow, Counter Clean is safe to use.

As diluted Counter Clean contains water, we do not recommend leaving on surfaces that can be damaged by water. It's important not to leave a wet bottle standing on a wooden surface as it may leave a ring.

It's also worth noting that some plastics can be susceptible to damage by essential oils and so it's really important to follow the directions for use very carefully - Never use the concentrate undiluted and always mix the bottle well to ensure it is well diluted before use. Additionally, do not leave Counter Clean to soak into surfaces and always wipe away with a soft cloth.

We recommend using our own microfibre cloth (or similar) when using our products to clean. Please avoid using harsh abrasive cloths at all times (such as metal scrubbers), especially when using on soft metal and brass.
